We will be using acrylic paint, which does not wash out easily once dry, so please wear something you don’t mind getting a little paint on. Aprons will be provided, but creativity can get messy—dress accordingly!
Refund Policy for Paint & Sip Event
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Requests: Refunds are available if requested at least 4 day before the event. To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your order details. BiancaNoldenArt@gmail.com

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, we are unable to offer a refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a future event or to another person. (or donate it to support the studio!) (must be rescheduled and used within 30 days of your original event)

No-Shows: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits for no-shows.

Event Cancellation: In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule the event, you will have the option to receive a full refund, transfer your ticket to a future event, or donate it to the Studio! We will reach out to you via text or email to inform you of any possible cancellations as soon as can. Your non refundable ticket may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend at-least 3 hrs before the event. Please notify us in advance if someone else will be using your ticket.
- When refunds maybe issued minus the taxes fee if payments have already been transferred from the stores account.

Photography Disclaimer
By attending, you agree to possibly be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know at check-in.
Age Policy

Paint & Sip Events: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend unsupervised . Guests 21+ may bring their own wine.
- Under age guest: Open to ages 7+ but all guest under 18 must come supervised with adult. Be aware that this is a public class.

Juice Bar Offerings: All beverages provided by Wholesum Juice Bar are non-alcoholic and available to all guests. but you may bring your own wine.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the age requirements.

I am not liable for any injuries, accidents, or reactions related to the venue, its facilities, or the consumption of any beverages or food products provided by Wholesum Juice Bar.
